Welcome to Notapex. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Notapex ("we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Notapex website, services, and tools (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, browsing, downloading, buying, selling, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Platform.

To download or purchase documents, you must create a user account. You must be at least 18 years of age (or have the supervision of a parent/guardian) and provide accurate details. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree to use the Platform strictly for lawful educational purposes. You must not:

• Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform.
• Bypass or interfere with the platform security or access control features.
• Upload or introduce viruses, malware, or other technologically harmful software.
• Promote academic dishonesty, contract cheating, exam leaks, or plagiarism.

Sellers are users who list educational notes for sale or download on Notapex. As a Seller, you must ensure your document titles and descriptions are accurate.

You represent and warrant that you hold full copyright ownership or possess the necessary rights and permissions for all uploaded documents. You are solely responsible for any personal taxes arising from your earnings on Notapex.

All designs, code, branding, and proprietary assets of Notapex remain our exclusive property.

Sellers retain ownership of the notes they upload. However, by uploading content, you grant Notapex a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute the documents for the operational needs of the Platform.

When you purchase notes on Notapex, you receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to download and view them for academic, non-commercial study only. You must not redistribute, share, or resell the documents.

Because educational notes are digital products delivered immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable, except under specific circumstances outlined in our Refund Policy (such as double charges or corrupted files).

Notapex respects intellectual property rights. We prohibit the uploading of copyrighted textbook materials, lecture slides, proprietary exam questions, or publisher-owned documents without authorization.

If you believe any content hosted on our platform infringes your copyright, please report it to us by emailing the details (including direct URLs and proof of ownership) to our support team.

Notapex is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or quality of user-uploaded notes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of the owner of Notapex for any claims shall not exceed ₹1,000 (One Thousand Indian Rupees) or the amount paid by you to the platform in the preceding one month, whichever is lower.

These Terms and your use of Notapex shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
